The "Dry Gas Meter" is a volumetric integrative flow meter that can measure almost all gases without being affected by specific gravity or viscosity. When the gas entering from the inlet fills the measuring chamber, the diaphragm moves in response to the gas pressure (the pressure difference between the gas inlet and outlet), and through the operation of a slide valve that switches between exhaust and intake, the gas is sequentially discharged from the outlet through four measuring chambers separated by two diaphragms. The two diaphragms have a phase difference of 1/4 of a cycle due to a rotating crank, and their reciprocating motion is transmitted from the crank shaft to the integrative mechanism, indicating the integrated flow value.
